Behaviour and attendance rewards

Attendance and behaviour rewards

Alongside the very popular Quad biking and paintball reward trip we also offered
an alternative reward. Josh and David enjoyed a day out where they ate a lovely
cooked breakfast followed by a trip the cinema to watch 'Jupiter Ascending'.
Both boys thoroughly enjoyed the film as did the staff. The pick 'n' Mix was nice too!
When the film had finished everyone made their way to star city to try and be the top
token collector in the Arcade. After a very competitive motorbike race and a few
close shaves with some zombies.
Josh, David, Annette and Alexia all agreed it was a wonderful day out.
David even went as far as to say it was, 'Brilliant, the best and lots of fun'

Newman University partnership

An exciting partnership is developing between Newman University Birmingham and Lindsworth school
with the Lindsworth sharing outstanding practice through the hosting of placements and knowledge
enhancement opportunities for teacher trainees. This initiative furthers the training of young post graduate
students who seek to draw from the wealth of experience and skills demonstrated and modelled by staff
at Lindsworth school. As this partnership grows, it is envisaged that placement opportunities will become
an integral part of training and not only provide trainees with an enriching experience but facilitate
opportunities for Lindsworth to select highly qualified, passionate and creative teachers to strengthen
educational provision already on offer at the school.
