Student Voice

Lindsworth pupils have formed their own School Council which meets, on average, about 12 times per year.
Each of the year groups are represented by two Council members who will then present pupils' concerns and suggestions to the whole Council. The student council will contribute to discussions around teaching and learning and how the staff at our school can best support their individual needs in and out the classroom.

This year the Council will have a focus around promoting British values and SMSC. The council will take part in a team building exercise at the start of the Autumn team to create a positive working relationship between the members and to devise and agree ideas for their tenure. In its short history, the council has been able make a number of contributions to the way that Lindsworth operates.
